Each year since 1990, the Indiana Builders Association has recognized the outstanding recruiting efforts of the one member who recruits the most new members throughout the year.  Jeff Martin of Martin Bros. Contracting, Inc. has been awarded the Paul Johnson Excellence in Membership Recruiting award for 2008.
