This fully automated home
includes everything from landscape lights set to the seasons to
self-watering flower boxes. The attractive herringbone pattern on the
stamped concrete drive compliments the Buechel Chilton stone used on the
home and on the dry laid stone walls. The drive is heated by the entrance
and garage for ease of snow removal.
This home uses a variety of windows and roof lines to add
architectural interest. The half-round sunroom with the copper roof features
round windows in the half-round dormers. This presented a challenge to our crew, but we believe the finished result is beautiful! The built-in grille and sink are barely
noticeable as they blend beautifully into the stone walls. Home design by Eric Leedy of Leedy/Cripe
Architects. Project
Management, framing and trim
work by Martin Brothers.
