Martin Brothers completely renovated the
exterior of this home and completed a 1,320 sq. ft. main level addition that
enlarged the gathering room and kitchen and added a master suite and
sunroom. The basement addition added a theatre room, bar, bath and storage.
The old garage was demolished and a new garage was built. The exterior
improvements included new siding, shingles, copper roofs, stone, windows,
all new landscaping, a new pool and stamped pool deck and a deck with new
