Our company recently renovated a home that we had previously renovated 20 years prior. The focus of the renovation was on updating the kitchen, gathering room, sunroom, guest bath, and main level. The kitchen received new custom cabinetry with convenient features like roll-out storage and a hidden charging station, as well as luxury appliances and an Italian tile backsplash. The gathering room was updated with a new fireplace and Marvin French sliding doors, and open shelving was added to give the space a modern feel. The sunroom had an oversized entertainment center removed and replaced with a sleek, modern entertainment center. The guest bath received new cabinetry and a fresh, updated look. The main level was painted, received new hardwood flooring and trim, and a central vacuum system was added. The A/V system was also upgraded throughout the home. Overall, the renovation has given this home a new lease on life with updated, modern features and finishes.

This lake home remodeling project involved extensive renovations to the interior and exterior, including the removal of a glass roof and installation of steel beams to create a new upper-level patio, and updates to the lower-level patio with a new pavilion, stamped concrete, stone staircases, and a putting green. The exterior received new landscaping, retaining walls, and lighting, while the interior was updated with a new kitchen, upper-level sunroom, upper-level fireplace, upper-level and lower-level bars, bathrooms, paint, and lighting. These changes transformed the home into a luxurious retreat that met the homeowner's every desire.

The renovation of an Italianate home on the St. Joseph River involved demolishing an old addition and adding a new 1,568 sq. ft. space that seamlessly blends with the original design. The main level features a custom-painted maple kitchen by Ayr Custom Cabinetry, with a marble-covered island, high-end appliances, and a wine bar. The renovation also includes a new garage, updated powder room, laundry, and formal dining room. The second floor boasts a luxurious master suite with a media lounge, gym, walk-in closet, and state-of-the-art bathroom. An already beautiful Mediterranean style home received a minor face lift. Project included an 189 sq. ft. sunroom addition off of the master bedroom with a fireplace; new pergola, fire pit, in-ground pool, pool house, new fireplace in the living room and new stone coated metal roof.

Cozy up next to the fire, in this screened porch turned into a beautiful sunroom. The porch was enclosed, insulated, and a permanent foundation built so that interior finishes could be upgraded. Stone was installed both inside and out and on the face of the new Marquis natural gas fireplace. The room is heated and air conditioned by a Fujitsu mini split. The view is spectacular out of the Integrity windows by Marvin.

Beautiful kitchen remodel that included removing the builder-grade cabinets and replacing them with custom made traditional cabinets with furniture styling. Appliance locations were moved, and appliances upgraded. A large wall of pantry cabinets was added. Laundry room remodel that included removing builder-grade cabinets and replacing them with custom-made cabinets, moving the location of appliances, adding a gift wrap station, folding station, drying rack and shelving.

Bathroom dreams do come true. From the luxury walk-in shower to the heated towels, the owners are pampered. This look was achieved by removing the outdated whirlpool tub and replacing it with a freestanding soaking tub; removing the builder-grade shower and expanding the space, to accommodate a two-person walk-in shower. Finally, builder grade cabinetry was replaced with custom built vanities. Included in the remodel was the customization of the master bedroom closet.
