I wanted to write to express my gratitude for a very positive remodeling experience! This is the first time we've ever undertaken any kind of home project other than simply decorating, and we approached it with some degree of concern. Having heard story after story about contractors who would start a project then leave for long stretches of time before returning, huge messes, shoddy work, etc..., we did not know what to expect.

My husband and I are extremely grateful to Gary Zimmerman for his professional attitude, impeccable workmanship and overall neatness! Gary was gracious, hard-working and a real pleasure to have in our home. I know that this project is a very small one for you, but no one, and especially not Gary, acted like it was any less important. I really appreciate that great service.

I told Jim Love the other day that I cannot imagine ever using anyone else for any project, and I meant it. The house looks beautiful, and we look forward to working with you all again in the future.
