Luxury Bathroom Remodel
Luxury Bathroom Remodel

This remodeled bathroom has the look and feel of a luxury hotel bath. From the heated floors to the heated towels, the owners are pampered. This look was achieved by removing the outdated whirlpool tub and replacing it with a freestanding soaking tub, straightening the shower walls, removing soffits over the vanities and so much more.

Deer Run Kitchen Remodel
Deer Run Kitchen Remodel

Gorgeous kitchen designed to bring the beauty of the natural surroundings in. Kitchen walls were revamped to make room for a better kitchen footprint. While shooting photography, the excited owner shared that she incorporated ideas that she found on Houzz into the remodel. The original kitchen was installed in 1999, so it was time for an update!

Harter Heights Addition
Harter Heights Addition

Addition to a two-story home that represents the Streamline Moderne architectural style (a stripped down style that followed Art Deco) and reflects industrial trends, including long horizontal lines, curving forms and technology.

The addition incorporates some elements of Frank Lloyd Wright's homes with horizontal windows, a move to bring nature indoors, and long, open living spaces.

Colorful Kitchen Remodel

It was time to bring this kitchen out of the 80’s with a bold new renovation! The kitchen was opened up to make room for a new bar, drop zone, pantry and renovated laundry room. Brand new custom cabinets, granite cobblestone and a colorful island complete the look. This kitchen is a beauty!

Kitchen & Powder Room Remodel
Kitchen & Powder Room Remodel

The owner's of this home were ready to upgrade their builder-grade kitchen with a sleek custom kitchen that was more in line with their style and entertainment needs. A wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed and now opens up the space for the new wine bar. Custom built Birch kitchen cabinetry with full overlay doors and Silhouette finish from Ayr Custom Cabinetry, Nappanee feature wine racks, spice drawers and Amerock hardware. The hand-blown Venetian glass teardrop Alina pendants complement the gorgeous Delicatus granite tops and tile work.  The island features a brushed black top and inset glass tile by SoHo.

Kitchen & Great Room Remodel
Kitchen & Great Room Remodel

The owner of this home wanted to interact with family while cooking in the kitchen and the floor plan of their home didn’t make this possible. A wall between the kitchen offered a see-through fireplace and open niches above the shelves, it just didn’t offer the open plan they desired. Out came the old fireplace wall and in came a new woodburning fireplace on the opposite wall of the now “great room”.

Also, in came a brand new custom Maple kitchen by Hoosier House Furnishings, LLC and bay window with marble sill. The perimeter of the kitchen features painted and glazed raised panel cabinetry with Atlantic black suede granite tops. The island has a black paint with rubbed edge finish and is topped with Calcutta marble. To accommodate the new computer station, the former pantry closet was closed off. However, in its place is a pantry cabinet with loads of roll-out shelving.

Main Level Remodel
Main Level Remodel

Martin Brothers Contracting was hired to renovate the main floor of this two story home.  The 1,450 SF renovation was the third project Martin Brothers completed for the homeowner.  The goal was to create a larger, more efficient kitchen.  After looking at several possible options with Martin Brothers’ architect, Phil Jenkins, we decided to proceed with a solution that involved repurposing some under-utilized rooms on the main level and moving the kitchen to a new location.  The end result is a main level with a more functional, more efficient use of the space, designed around the lifestyle of the occupants.
